Bizz360 Consult is an online Business Diagnostic Tool. It has been created to enable a Business Consultant, Franchise Manager or Administrator to diagnose how well an individual business, or a group of businesses, is doing.

Access

Bizz360 Consult can be accessed 24/7 using any PC, Laptop, Smart Phone or Tablet device that has internet access. Once online, Bizz360 Consult is accessed using a secure access code. A new access code is generated for each Bizz360 Business Diagnostic that you create.

Bizz360 Consult enables a Consultant, Manager or Administrator to quickly diagnose any existing business or startup, across 12 vital areas of the business.

Business Diagnostic Methodology

The Bizz360 Consult Business Diagnostic, uses Likert Scale Questions. The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement. Bizz360 Consult also includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions.

  • Built in Questions
    Bizz360 Consult comes pre-loaded with over 150 diagnostic questions. A Bizz360 administrator can also create new questions. New questions can be created with either a Positive or Negative answer format.

  • Randomization
    When a new respondent completes a Bizz360 Business Diagnostic, the questions are randomly presented to that respondent. The Category of the questions is hidden from each respondent.

  • Likert Scale Questions
    Each diagnostic question in Bizz360 Consult uses the Likert Scale. The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement. Bizz360 Consult includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions. The neutral option allows a respondent who is unsure of a particular question to still provide an answer that question. A 1987 study found negligible differences between the use of "undecided" and "neutral" as the middle option in a 5-point Likert Scale.

  • Scaling or Loading of Questions
    Each question can also be 'loaded' to give that particular question extra emphasis.

Easy to understand Results:

After a Bizz360 Consult Business Diagnostic has been completed, the results for each category of questions are analysed and then displayed, using easy to understand Info-graphics. These results can also be printed as a PDF file for future reference.
